Command Direct is proud to announce the expansion of its Health Plan print, mail, and fulfillment capabilities across all product lines. Due to the significant expansion of its regulatory, time critical work, Command Direct has added Midwest and West Coast facilities to support its line of Managed Care multichannel communication services.

Our platforms were built to provide limitless capacity and we need to ensure that our production capabilities offer the same flexibility for growth and redundancy.” states Gary Bolnick, President of Command Direct.
Today, all Command Direct facilities offer both digital and offset capabilities with a focus on highly personalized, daily member and provider communications. “Our growth in the government space has driven much of our expansion over the past three years, but we are forecasting a significant uptick in the commercial and self-insurance sector of our business. It is critical that, logistically, we are positioned to provide the highest level of service to all of our national clients.
