Gary Bolnick
President & CEO
Gary is the President and CEO of Command Direct and oversees the executive management team. His tenure in marketing, strategic development, new product and technology applications development, coupled with his passion and success in sales with new business generation, are the foundation for Command's growth and position in the market place as an industry leader.
Gary's talents include the ability to identify unique needs of organizations, streamline new client implementations, expand Command's product offering, and launch various technology initiatives to support the dynamic needs of Command's clients. Command's ability to create client response-based applications are a result of Gary's dedication to providing the best possible client experience and managing those relationships with care and professionalism.
Gary holds a Bachelor of Sciences in Marketing from Syracuse University.
Dave D'Agostino
Chief Operating Officer
Dave joined the Command Direct team in February 2009 with over two decades of proven industry leadership experience. As Chief Operating Officer, Dave's vision, analytical and interpersonal skills, facilitates the continued support and development of Command Direct's Directors and leadership teams. Dave provides direction and guidance on strategies, making decisions and goal attainment for each group (Finance, Information Technology, Project Management, Client Service and Internal Operations).
His core strengths are team building and designing scalable long term business strategies that are proven to heighten client care during periods of consistent growth. His collaborative approach, one of the tenants of Command Direct's culture, consistently optimizes business objectives and refines goals to promote client-centric efficiencies. Dave's combined strengths and experience are instrumental in keeping Command relevant and a leader in the marketplace.
Donna Elfers
Director of Account Management
Donna joined the Command Direct team in December of 2022 as the Director of Account Management. With over 25 years in team leadership and a strong commitment to excellence, Donna brings tenured experience to this role. Her primary responsibility is overseeing the daily operations of the Account Management teams, providing support, feedback, and team collaboration to establish goals and meet objectives. She leads by promoting and building strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of quality customer experiences and a committed effort to creating operational efficiencies.
Danny Rivera
Chief Technology Officer
Danny joined Command Direct in November of 2003. He manages a team responsible for design, development and maintenance of information systems including system architecture, client facing applications, web-development and database management. Danny has demonstrated success in assembling and motivating talented technical teams, employing advanced technologies, and creating extremely successful application platforms. Under Danny's direction, the Command application platform was designed from the bottom up to be easily maintainable, configurable and scalable.

Dan Moeller
Director of Data
Dan joined Command Direct in January 2015. Serving as the Director of Data, he has been an integral part of the Command, leading a team of adept Data Specialists. Dan oversees the careful management of our clients' sensitive data lists. Under his guidance, a culture of innovation thrives, with a constant drive to develop and implement new processes aimed at maximizing efficiency while upholding the highest standards of quality. Dan's dedication extends beyond internal operations as he nurtures strong client relationships and facilitates seamless collaboration with Account Management and various production teams within Command, ensuring optimal project execution and client satisfaction.
Valerie Newhoff
Chief Financial Officer
Valerie joined the Command Direct team in September 2020 with over 20 years of Accounting and Office management experience. As the CFO, Valerie provides financial leadership to Command and is responsible for managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department, monitoring and analyzing accounting data and producing financial reports and statements. Valerie also enhances the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices. In this role Valerie also works closely with Command Direct clients to ensure that budgets, monthly reporting and strategic goals are realized and communicated.
