What do you do at Command Direct, and what do you enjoy most about working with your clients?
At Command Direct, I work closely with healthcare organizations and clients to help improve how they manage their communications to members and providers. This includes everything from print and mail solutions to compliant, efficient communication workflows. What I enjoy most is building long-term, trusted relationships. When clients see my team—and Command as a whole—as an extension of their own organization, that’s when we do our best work. By truly understanding their challenges, we can deliver solutions that simplify their day-to-day responsibilities and help them focus on what matters most.
What does “success” look like for your clients, and how do you help them achieve it?
Success for my clients means delivering accurate, timely, and compliant communications while improving efficiency and member experience. In healthcare, member satisfaction is the most critical component to ensuring client happiness.
I help clients achieve this by staying proactive, understanding their priorities, and coordinating solutions that keep projects moving smoothly while meeting deadlines and expectations.
What’s one challenge you commonly see your clients facing, and how do you support them through it?
A common challenge is balancing regulatory requirements with the need to move quickly and efficiently. My goal is to simplify this process by being responsive, organized and help simplify complex projects. I like to believe that my team and I are an extension of the client teams we work with. This allows them to focus on other priorities while we handle their communication needs.
Can you share a moment where you felt you made a real impact for a client?
Being an integral part of Command for 17+ years, I have had the privilege of contributing on many initiatives that have significant impact for clients daily From launching Web to Print storefronts, creating and training the 508 remediation team, becoming a leader within the Account Management team, my work supports every client on a daily basis.
What do you think is key to building strong, successful client relationships?
Having been a partner in a retail advertising agency prior to joining Command, I believe trust, consistency, and communication are the foundation of every successful relationship. Clients want to know you understand their business, follow through on commitments, and genuinely care about their success. I focus on being dependable, transparent, and always looking for ways to add value beyond the immediate project. That’s how long-term partnerships are built.
