Behind every successful client relationship is someone who genuinely cares about the people they serve. As a Senior Account Manager at Command Direct, Laetitia has spent years building trusted partnerships by listening, communicating openly, and helping clients navigate even the most challenging projects. Her thoughtful approach and commitment to finding solutions make her a valued resource for clients and teammates alike.

What do you do at Command Direct, and what do you enjoy most about working with your clients?
As a Senior Account Manager, I manage day-to-day client communications and projects. I work closely with my team to provide support and expertise, and over the years I've built strong relationships with our vendors and partners to help ensure the best possible experience for our clients.
What I enjoy most is helping clients solve the challenges they face in our industry. The relationships we've built over the years have grown into true partnerships, and that's one of the most rewarding parts of my job.
What does “success” look like for your clients, and how do you help them achieve it?
For my clients, success means keeping their own customers and members satisfied. They rely on us to help deliver important communications smoothly and accurately.
I help by communicating openly and making full use of the resources we have at Command Direct. By working together with our teams and staying focused on our clients' needs, we can help them provide the level of service their customers expect.
What’s one challenge you commonly see your clients facing, and how do you support them through it?
Many clients don't always know everything that goes into completing a project, so sometimes expectations around timing or processes can be unrealistic. I always do my best to hit deadlines, but I also believe it's important to explain the process and keep everyone informed. Honest, open communication solves most challenges and helps build trust along the way.
Can you share a moment where you felt you made a real impact for a client?
My team was recently working on a large kit project for a New York health plan that required immediate delivery to their sales team across the state. I received an urgent call from the plan when they discovered one piece in the kit was incorrect, with potential to delay their entire AEP launch.
Our client trusted us to find a solution, and the entire Command team jumped into action. We printed the corrected piece, rebuilt nearly 1,000 kits in a single day, and arranged for a truck to deliver everything on time. Teamwork and trust came together to solve a critical problem. It wasn't just about saving a project—it helped ensure potential members received the right information, and it strengthened the partnership between the health plan and Command Direct.
What do you think is key to building strong, successful client relationships?
Open and constant communication is the most important factor in building strong, successful client relations.
Trust is equally important. Our clients need to know they can rely on our experience and expertise, and that trust is built through honest communication, keeping our commitments, and always being there when they need us.
