As Senior Account Coordinator, Wendy Bleimeyer plays an important role in that process: coordinating timelines, project details, data, proofs, and delivery while working closely with both clients and Command Direct teams.
Wendy joined Command Direct in 2022 bringing her experience and a collaborative approach to helping clients deliver accurate, effective member communications. What do you do at Command Direct?
As a Senior Account Coordinator, I help manage member communication projects from planning through production and delivery. I work closely with our clients and internal teams to coordinate timelines, data, proofs, and project details to make sure everything is delivered accurately and on schedule.
What do you enjoy most about your role?
The people. I love building relationships with our clients and working alongside such a talented team. Every day brings something different, and I enjoy collaborating to solve challenges and helping our clients.
What have you learned about working with health plans?
I’ve learned how important clear communication is. The materials we create often help members understand their benefits, coverage, and healthcare options, so even small details can have a meaningful impact on someone’s experience.
What makes a member communication project successful?
For me, success means getting the right information to the right people at the right time. It takes teamwork, attention to detail, and a commitment to making communication easy for members to understand.
What trends are you seeing in member communications?
Health plans are placing a greater focus on personalized, member-friendly communications across both print and digital channels. The goal is to make important information easier to understand and more accessible for members.
